PREPARING FOR YOUR WRAP: Drink plenty of water. You should hydrate yourself before and after each session. The water helps to flush your body of toxins and replenish fluids lost during your session. It is recommended that you have 3-4 16 oz. glasses of water before the session and 6-8 glasses in the 24 hour period after. Wear sweats to your session or bring them with you. Cotton material helps provide a barrier between your skin and the heat. The clothing needs to cover your arms to the elbow, legs to the knee, and complete mid body. Avoid clothing with metal on it such as zippers or snaps. We will provide towels to help prevent hot spots. Avoid any other detoxification treatments. Treatments help your body to release toxins, which your body has to process out. You don't want your body to have to work over time to eliminate to toxins from your system. Most importantly, enjoy the relaxing experience. Remember that everyone's body is different so the results may vary. At anytime if you have questions, our consultant is happy to answer them for you.
